For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust for spice preference)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional for extra sweetness)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
For Garnishing & Serving:
- 1 tablespoon green onions (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions
Step 1 – Prepare the Salmon
- Pat dry the salmon pieces with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss salmon cubes with the seasonings and coat lightly with cornstarch.
Step 2 – Choose a Cooking Method
Oven Method:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange salmon bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
Air Fryer Method:
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange salmon bites in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
Pan-Searing Method:
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
Step 3 – Make the Bang Bang Sauce
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
Step 4 – Toss & Serve
