Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon yerba mate or hibiscus tea

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 teaspoon raw honey or stevia (optional, for taste)

Instructions

  • Brew yerba mate or hibiscus tea in hot water for 5-7 minutes.
  • Let it cool slightly, then add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and ginger.
  • Stir in camu camu powder, cinnamon, and cranberry juice, if using.
