Ingredients

  • Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs: 1/2 cup
  • Optional Garnishes: Melted chocolate, lemon zest, blueberries, or mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Strawberries:
    • Rinse and pat dry the strawberries. Hull and hollow them using a small spoon or paring knife. Set them aside on a clean plate.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
    • Beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Slowly mix in cold heavy cream and whip until the filling is thick and pipeable.
  3. Assemble the Deviled Strawberries:
    • Transfer the filling into a piping bag or Ziploc bag with a snipped corner. Pipe the filling into the hollowed strawberries, creating a swirl.
    • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
