Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a Madeleine pan.

- Gently fold in flour and salt.
- Drizzle melted butter into the batter while folding gently.
- Chill the batter for 30 minutes.
- Spoon batter into the pan, filling molds three-quarters full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden and centers spring back when pressed.
- Cool Madeleines for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Decorate with powdered sugar or dip in chocolate as desired.
